Hannah’s Third Birthday
Hannah turns 3 today. She’s such a big girl. We are just about fully potty trained, which is great. If you ask Hannah how old she is, she will show you 3 fingers now. She can also count to 10 in Spanish! She starts preschool (3 year olds) at her daycare on Monday. She’s very excited. Some of her favorite says are Mom, let’s go check it out and if we have to hurry up, she say’s We got time. She is also into what she is wearing, insisting on wearing a certain # of hair ties in her hair and running to the mirror to see them. She also always wants to say something about what outfit she will wear. Hannah loves Dora, Princesses, Clifford and The Wiggles.
Nate is 11 months now. He can clap, play peek a boo (although he mostly misses his eyes and puts his hands on his head or ears), give a kiss (he makes a smooch sound). He can say Ma ma, Da da, and sometimes he says nana for banana. He has stood on his own for a few seconds at a time. He can walk using his walker toy. He’s a very sweet boy. When he is having fun, he will look at you and scrunch his nose and squint his eyes along with his smile. He loves to stare at Hannah. They are now taking baths together, but when Hannah is not looking, Nate likes to splash her.
